300 Series, Precision Fine Line Electric Glue Valve

Valco Melton’s 300 Series Electric Valve offers unparalleled speed in a 15mm wide footprint. With advanced solenoid technology, the 300 series valve can apply extremely short patterns at high machine speeds. An adjustable stroke version is also available to enhance dotting performance. Life cycles exceeding 1-billion are made possible with a lightweight plunger featuring carbide ball seating on a ceramic nozzle tip. The 300 series valve is ideal for mounting against side rails, space restricted areas, or setting up in a stackable configuration for multiple pattern gluing.
