The MCP-8 offers 8-channel outputs, each capable of multiple glue patterns, 8 product sensor inputs and integral flow control. Program changes and adjustments can be made “on-the-fly" with results immediately on the product. 

Features include “plug-and-run” connectors and compact design for fast and easy installation. It is available with remote mount control interface panel. 

 The MCP-8 can be used with an extensive selection of Valco Melton’s cold-glue or hot melt adhesive dispensing valves including high-speed non-contact, spot gluing, fine-line gluing, and ribbon-pattern gluing. Multi-pattern, multi valve capabilities make it ideally suited to requirements such as specialty folder-gluers and complex folding carton production.
